Materials typically only used in trophy truck / race trucks were utilized. Ā Made from 7075 aircraft grade billet aluminum solid bar , Not tube. You can bend it a little and it will spring right back to straight. Ā Cnc milled and tapped. Ā Hand polished and anodized options. Ā The ends use stainless FK heim joints (chromoly jmx12t- f1( zinc coated)) Ā with stainless steel mis alignment spacers that are machinedĀ in house. There is no doubt …. Ā  If you want the best track bar/ pan-hard bar on the market. Ā This is it!!!! Ā  You just have to pay to play !! Ā šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øĀ 

Ā OEMĀ trac bar weighs in at 7lbs Ā most after market trac bars that are top tier ( made from chromoly) are 25- 30% heavier than OEM trac bar, but you get a way stronger bar over oem. Ā This 7075 track bar weighs in at 5.203 lbs. Ā  That is 25.7% lighter over the oem bar let alone most after market trac bars. Ā  Another plus is if you figure out a way to bend it, it can flex up to 8% and spring right back to straight šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤˜šŸ½! Ā 

ANODIZING 7075 is very difficult! Ā In some cases you may see what looks like water stains but is just how 7075 is made. Ā This is more apparent on the light color options. Ā Rest assure that there is no issue with it and it actually has some what of a cool coloring affect !!Ā
